These Terms of Service govern your use of the Apex Roofing & Exteriors website and our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Apex Roofing & Exteriors Ltd. provides residential and commercial roofing, exterior cladding, eavestrough, and related services in Calgary and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed and WCB-insured professionals in compliance with Alberta Building Code and City of Calgary requirements.
Free estimates are provided without obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations, site conditions discovered during work, or changes in scope requested by the customer.
When acting as your representative in an insurance claim process, you authorize us to communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf. You remain responsible for all policy deductibles and any costs not covered by your insurer. We do not guarantee any specific insurance settlement amount.
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Apex Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
